DELFARD Company is founded in 2004 by experts of IT and ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) with aim of Automation and Intelligent Transportation Systems development. The company has two major departments which are software developing division based on Oracle and SQL server databases with .NET technologies and also hardware developing division based on GPS and smart cards. The Company is Iran Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization’s consultant for more than 13 years and also Designed and developed Iran’s Cargo terminal management application which is in use in Iran’s major cargo terminals.
