Middle management and team leads are exceptional and encouraging. Facilities and equipment are up to point. Good benefits and shopping discounts courtesy of MCI. Work responsibilities and duties are defined and are in a clear line.

Cons

Payments are sporadic. Higher management (specifically the CEO) blatantly lies about payments and makes false promises to employees. Not much room to learn and grow professionally. Limited line of work. No work/life balance. Life ends, and there is only work. Semi-governmental atmosphere.
