مزیتش اینه که تو خیلی از موارد میتونید با مدیرعامل مستقیم در ارتباط باشید و مسایل و مشکلات رو مطرح کنید.

فضای کاری کوچیک قوانین کاری به نفع کارفرماس واحد فنی ک من بودم جو مناسبی نداشت. بی اعتنایی ب اموزش نیرو. همه چی رو به واحد ریال تبدیل میکنن حتی مرخصی های استحقاقی.
