Arya mine is a 100% Iranian subsidiary of Etro Ltd. a company registered in Mauritius. It has been incorporated as an investee holding company in Iran under foreign investment license number 24839 dated 2nd September'2007.The investment license allows Arya Mine to undertake projects related to mining, metals, beneficiation, pelletization and other value added processes in the mining and metal industry. So far the company has invested in 2 iron ore mines in Yazd Province and 1 lime stone mine in Hormozgan Province. The iron ore mines are operational, while the lime stone mine is in pre-operation stage. Currently Arya Mine is looking at various emerging opportunities in beneficiation and pelletizing to strengthen its presence in the Iranian market.
