Pros

Salary was good enough. The office was well furnished. I could learn design guidelines.

Cons

Rude and disrespectful CEO. No written contract for employees. No insurance provided for employees. No notice period for employees. Dismissing employees for illogical reasons. Secretary having too much authority. High expectations from inexperienced employees. Final agreement written under pressure.
