The Sina Financial and Investment Holding was established in 2003 by Mostazafan Foundation of the Islamic Revolution and commenced its activities within Irans capital markets. By optimizing its available capital and assets, Sina is active in the fields of investment, finance, leasing, banking, insurance, commodity, forex and stock markets both within Iran and overseas. The main scope of activities of this company is as follow:  Investing in the insurance and leasing companies as well as investment in the trading of shares in related activities, strategic management, their guidance and supervision.  Organizing and planning for the purpose of acquiring financial facilities from banks, domestics and international credit institutions for its subsidiary companies.  Establishing, merging, dissolving, trading of insurance and leasing company shares as well as investing in the trading of shares for the company and its related activities.
