Mofarah endowments and general hospital has been activated from 1925 as an obstetrics and gynecology center. The hospital civil has been created in 50 thousand square meter ground covered with trees and park environment located in downtown of Tehran. From 1988 the hospital became a 96 bedded general hospital including essential and subspecialty departments and modern imaging and intensive care units and facilities (CT scan, Mammography, and Ultrasound, Trauma center, High grade Laboratory and Pathobiology section, Diagnostic and operative endoscopy.
