Iranian Credit Bureau & Scoring Company (ICBS) was established in 2007 aiming to set up a credit bureau and offer credit risk management services. ICBS is a member of Saman group and almost all of its shares are owned by Saman Bank. Since the establishment till 2011 ICBS was exclusively providing services to Saman Bank resulting in development of four credit scoring products for consumers, professionals, business, and credit card applicants. Following the completion of credit scoring systems, regular monitoring and improvement of scorecards based on collected data and population stability level has been assigned to ICBS. Credit scoring is not the only mission of ICBS. Since 2013 Saman Bank has assigned ICBS to take charge of its collections and manage delinquent and past-due accounts. Benefitting from a group of talented and experienced lawyers, we could successfully collect and recover more than 25,000 billion Riyals of defaulted facilities. ICBS benefits from the edge of knowledge in its core competences and keeps high standards to meet clients’ expectations. Therefore, continuous improvement is one of our major principals.
