The position:

In accordance with Novo Nordisk Iran’s strategies and business objectives; this position will perform checking product availability in the market, stock management of provinces in partnership with distributor branches, Key Account centers follow up, dealing with distributor branches in the regions of Khuzestan, Fars, Kerman, Yasouj, Bushehr, Hormozgan align with the commercial manager, Novo Nordisk Pars (NNP) strategies, and Iran Food and Drug Administration (IFDA) rules and regulations, Implementing NNPARS sales strategy through distributors all over Iran.

In addition, you will:

  • Responsible for optimum, fair, and strategic distribution, in collaboration with distributors’ branches in assigned regions (Khuzestan, Fars, Kerman, Yasouj, Bushehr, Hormozgan).
  • Strong follow-up with distributors’ branches and managing their sales and stock level and close follow-up implementing NN sales strategy in distributors’ branches and guaranteeing NNP product priority for distribution company through a win-win collaboration.
  • Strengthen alignment between distributors and local FDOs to accelerate providing distribution plans enhance distribution effectiveness align with university deputies (local FDOs) and NNP strategies.
  • Focus on key pharmacies to reach the sales target along with a high level of efficiency and dedication with an adoption ladder for Key account pharmacy monitoring and being in the field for the pharmacies that are purchasing NNP products with a specific target.
  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Pharma-related fields, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of successful pharmaceutical background, including as a medical sales representative or key account manager.
  • High level of awareness about the Pharma business dynamic in Iran.
  • Great communication skills with public-centric approaches.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office as well as CRM.
  • Excellent level of English skills, both written and oral.
