Development & Implementation of EFQM.
Evaluating the performance of organizational units .
Audit Procedures and organization assessment based on Excellence Models.
Assist SBUs in setting goals & objectives, decision making, developing strategies and execution plans, leveraging competitive advantage, etc.
Collaborate with related stakeholders in order to develop or revise the business models and strategies.
Monitor market trends & competitors, conduct research, carry out business & strategic analysis, provide reports & scenarios, benchmark, collect & analyze data, build what-if scenarios, etc.
Propose best solutions for business problems and challenges at the strategic level.
At least M.A. in Industrial Engineering/ Management (strategic).
At least 4 years of experience in the field of strategic management/Organizational Excellence
Knowledge and experience in EFQM
Appropriate communication skills and team working abilities
Skillfulness in collecting and documenting
Optimizing enterprise processes and fluent in process modeling
