Job Description

The mission of this position at Zarrin Roya is to Support human resource processes and coordinate them and their changes with the business to create sustainable business profits.

The key tasks and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

Strategy:

  • Designing and executing business strategies in line with the organizational strategies to solve the challenges.
  • Guiding the human resources policy and proposing new human resources strategies in harmony with the rhythm of business to develop talents.
  • Proposing leadership thinking related to business and organization strategy to optimize human resources processes in business.
  • Designing and developing people's strategies and creating sustainable solutions for individual challenges of employees to recognize and increase organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Change and Crisis Management:

  • Facilitating organizational changes in businesses to reduce resistance.
  • Providing solutions for emergency and critical organizational situations to make the organization and business agile to create a competitive advantage.

Training, Development, Coaching, and Consulting:

  • Providing timely information and training for all levels on human resources issues to inform people and create sustainable development.
  • Training, coaching, and partnering with managers in the field of performance management and employee development goals.
  • Providing specialized human resource consulting in the fields of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, service compensation, and organizational development.
  • Partnership with training and development to create added value in the fields of training, development, job transfer, and job performance.

Executing Human Resources Programs:

  • Supporting the decision-making processes of human resources to create integrity in decisions.
  • Human resources planning and talent review (WFP, EPM, PP, SP, TT10) to create an optimal method in business.Leading and directing the main processes of human resources and facilitating the execution of programs in line with the business goal.
  • Partnering with the department manager to implement, develop, and monitor effective human resource policies and practices for strategic business growth.
  • Participating in the continuous development of human resources programs, including recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, learning and development, and others.

Analysis:

  • Analyze and interpret a variety of employee reports (such as compensation, job levels, and burnout) to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions.
  • Analyze and evaluate human resources criteria to align human resources with business and organization strategy.

Communication and Culture:

  • Facilitating and handling complaints or issues related to employee relations to increase employee satisfaction.
  • Establishing stable relations with internal managers and employees and improving relations between managers and employees.
  • Facilitating the advancement of organizational culture and the dissemination of organizational values and ethical codes for the integrity of the entire organization's culture.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a senior human resources business partner.
  • Strong knowledge of various fields of HR.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability in project management.
  • Ability in strategic planning.
  • People management and teamwork skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Accountability.
  • Systemic thinking.
