Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related projects. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and timelines for cryptocurrency/blockchain initiatives. Manage project deliverables from initiation to completion.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across all departments involved in the project.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure contingency plans are in place for unforeseen challenges.
• Budget & Resource Management: Track project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines and project requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, updates, and any changes in scope or timelines to stakeholders, including upper management and clients.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and security protocols in the cryptocurrency/blockchain.
• Agile Methodology: Lead and facilitate Agile practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and efficient workflow.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations.
• Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space to guide project direction and innovation.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Agile methodologies. A technical background or understanding of smart contracts, NFTs, or other blockchain protocols is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management).
