Job Description:

We are looking for a proficient Vue.js developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building the 'client side' of our web applications. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications. You should be fluent in translating UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce the visual elements of the application.

Responsibilities:

Develop new user-facing features using Vue.js
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Validate input before submitting it to the back end.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.

Requirements

Proven understanding of JavaScript and Vue.js.
Experience with a Vue.js framework (like Nuxt.js or Quasar).
Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
Knowledge of JavaScript libraries (like Vuex).
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
Understanding of layout aesthetics.
Knowledge of SEO principles.
Familiarity with the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and Nuxt.js.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Desirable Skills:

Prior experience with API design and development.
Knowledge of build tools like Webpack, Babel, and npm.
Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Work Experience:

At least years of experience in a similar role is desirable. However, we encourage all candidates with the requisite skills to apply, regardless of experience.
