o Support design and implementation and monitor adherence to the relevant travel and event policies. Run trainings as required. o Collaborate with Procurement to source the value for money service providers like hotels, travel agencies, event organizers o Collaborate with divisions on the events planning o Organize and coordinate conferences, conventions, meetings, seminars and all other events in order to promote Bayer and strengthening the image of the company in the eye of the public. o Develop and monitor time frames, events themes, programs, staff-activity plans etc. to ensure professional execution of events management to represent Bayer in an adequate manner. o Prepare relevant analyses of the events in order to identify areas for improvement and avoid mishaps in the future. o Collaborate with Travel Agencies and other service providers. o Do sample checks on adherence to Travel & Event Policies. o Support business visitors’ arrangements if required. o Monitor, record, analyze and report to the regional Travel & Event on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to Travel & Events activities.
o Completed financial or similar education and 3-5 years of relevant work experience. o Experience of working for travel agency highly beneficial o Understanding of how travel and events area work o Ability to collaborate within the platform and divisions for better solutions o Ability to develop and implement procedures and systems. o Strong communication skills o Change management skills.
