Job Description

- Identify training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, consultation with managers and the results of performance assessments. - Plan, design and organize training courses to meet the training needs. - Plan and schedule annual training calendar. - Monitor the correct implementation of courses. - Measuring the training effectiveness based on Kirk Patrick's Model. - Prepare monthly report of training activities.

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor degree in HR, MBA, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Management - Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word - Full Knowledge of ISO10015 Standards - Familiar with Performance Assessment - Active listening - Highly motivated and Innovative - Flexibility, honesty, ability to communicate at all levels, team working and time management - Fluency in English Language - Ideal Age: 25-35
