Job Description

• Regular market visits to discover new opportunities for doing Trade Marketing activities; • Setting marketing strategy in two channels: chain and capillary, budgeting and budget monitoring, preparation of annual and monthly plans; • Define projects to increase market share and increase customer coverage in active areas; • setting strategy to help sales growth in active areas of the brand; • Leading trade forces and TMR (promoters), providing route and controlling the improvement of TMR process process along the route; • Full implementation of planogram (arrangement) of products in points of sale; • Use and monitor the establishment of all BTL and POSM activities for brands, channels, and SKUs; • preparing reports on competitors pricing, promotion and their advertising activities in the market and analyze data in all channels; • Supervising the marketing team in all channels and train them; • Check the status of continuous availability of products in the baskets and shelves of stores

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of FMCG • Education: At least bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or MBA • Age: Maximum 35 years • Preferably resident of the center and west of Tehran province or Alborz province • Gender: No difference • Preparation for Business trips • Skillful concepts of marketing and advertising and commercial advertising; • Full knowledge of sales and pricing concepts; • Familiarity with the principles and techniques of business negotiations and influence on customers and contractors; • Skillful in Customer classification concepts; • Mastery of Microsoft office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong communication skills with the sales and marketing team • Ability to manage several similar projects at the same time • Creative • teamwork spirit • Situation analysis and problem-solving skills
