-Leading development of the trade marketing strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories -Providing seasoned leadership in the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful programs -Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away -Putting in place, monitor and improve processes and aligning all marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team. Work closely with the marketing manager to improve processes that link corporate brand building activities and product development activities with Sales activities -Translate market category & brand objectives into country/channel category objectives in coordination with the sales teams -Ensure efficient implementation & evaluation of POS material at point of purchase in alignment with the sales team (quantities & timelines) -Implement and maintain the core range distribution and merchandising guidelines by channel. Analyze and recommend action plans, when needed, on numeric distribution, core range and planograms. -Champion regional activities & country specific promotional process per category (defining objectives, briefing, coordinating the implementation & evaluating all promotions). Provide recommendations & corrective actions during monthly meetings -Conducting planned market visits across country focusing on POP drivers, shelf life, competitor activities and recommending actionable in store solutions within the trade channels based on shopper observation -Ensure effective new product launches and/or line extensions on a country level through the implementation plan and organizing category roadshows/ presentations for the sales teams -Responsible for (with channel managers) defining and optimizing strategy and allocation, annual budgets and investment at an OPC level. Also responsible (with the Brand Manager) for defining and optimizing annual budgets and investment, accountable for tracking and maintaining spending

Requirements

-At least 3 years of work experience in the field of marketing -MBA or other related fields, graduated at foreign or local high ranked universities -Business Acumen -Communication Proficiency -Customer/Client Focus -Leadership -Presentation Skills -Problem Solving/Analysis -Results Driven -Strategic Thinking -Technical Capacity -Ideal Age Range: 28 to 40 -Required to have frequent business trips monthly
