• Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing Team, and assess against goals (KPIs)
• Training the team with product knowledge and merchandising technics
• Implementing and execution of trade marketing plan align with marketing and sales
• Identify new opportunities with trade
• Good analytical capability on market activities and effective reporting
• Ability to analyze retail audit and define proper action plan for sales team
