- Technical support specialists are knowledgeable about electronic systems, and software applications. - They can educate people, answer questions, and troubleshoot any related problems about our technology-based products and services. Our team is composed of maintenance professionals who provide on-site customer service to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our equipment. - We are now looking for a service-minded Maintenance Technician to provide professional elevator controller maintenance service close to our customers. In this role, you will be at the core of FC. - You will work towards ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance as well as promoting regular and proactive on-site communication to customer and the people using the equipment.
Requirements
The successful applicant is: - An effective communicator, curious about the customers’ business and always striving to exceed their expectations. - To be a flexible team-worker with focus on detail and proven problem-solving skills. - To qualify for this position, the candidate should have previous experience from customer service and advanced knowledge of electronics. - We expect the person to have education in the field of electronics or Electra-Mechanics.
