Job Description

- Coordination of all affairs related to the factory and communication with factory manager to achieve the goals of the company - Supervising and directing all parts of the plant including production, product development, warehouse supervision, financial affairs, supply of materials and other matters. - Provide weekly or monthly reports to factory manager - Conduct regular meetings with managers to monitor the production status, human resource issues and follow up the company future goals. - Negotiate or approve contracts or agreements with suppliers, distributors, customers and other companies. - Draw factory development plan - Addressing the issues of factory personnel and action to solve their problems - Provide suggestions on the development of new factories or machines - Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility - Control costs to achieve company budget goals - Manage and supervise staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties - Proper human resources management

Requirements

- BS / MS degree in industrial / mechanical / chemical engineering - At least 5 years of professional work experience in recycling used automotive oil industry - Ability to think critically and analyze topics - Mastering the general affairs of the factory - Ability to lead the factory team to achieve the company goals - Ability to communicate effectively - Ability to team working - Ability to project management - Good command of English language - Good leader with discipline who inspires other managers - Conflict management - Age between 35-45 years - Gender: Male
