Job Description

-Achieving Group marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; -Preparing and completing action plans -Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards -Resolving problems & completing audits -Identifying trends -Determining system improvements -Implementing change. -identifying and establishing new projects -Organizing sales visits -Liaising with existing clients -Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations -Providing pre-sales and post-sales support -Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions -Writing reports and sales literature -Providing product education and advice -Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings -Ensuring that sales targets are met. -Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. -Identify, analyze and implement new methods and techniques to determine sales growth -Assist and support sales personnel in performing daily sales activities -Prepare and handle sales annual budgets -Execute promotional materials and coordinate advertising -Maintain good long term relationship with customers, sales staff and suppliers -Promote positive relationships with vendors and distributors -Participate at trade fairs and other events -Prepare and analyze complex and technical products specifications -Evaluate market demand and try to meet customers’ needs and expectations -Accomplishing marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures -Develop good and effective contacts with consultants/architects for furthering Company’s business interests -Establish and maintain good rapport with Applicators & Project Distributors. -Develop good and effective contacts with consultants/architects for furthering Company’s business interests

Requirements

-BE / BTECH Civil Engineering, Chemistry M.Sc. -Over 4 years. of Experience in Concrete, Admixture Sales, Qc Civil Contractor, RMC Good technical knowledge and previous experience in handling architects and consultants -Excellent oral and written communication skills and Analytical skills -Strong technical skills Superior Knowledge and Hands-on experience in construction industry / construction chemicals and concrete admixtures -To assist the Sales Team to achieve the targeted sales of admixture business -To understand the needs of specific project site and suggest suitable products -Carryout trials at sites and labs to match the customers’ specifications and performance requirements by tweaking the formulation with help of Segment Manager/Tech Manager -To modify the products and meet the site requirements as and when necessary -Direct Knowledge of related construction chemicals standards. -Interpersonal competences and presentation skills -Highly organized and excellent planner -Efficient in time management -Able to work under pressure -Must meet deadlines -Excellent negotiation skills Communication and interpersonal skills -Team player Organizational skills -Able to properly evaluate and motivate team members and sales representatives -IT knowledge and computer competences -Business awareness -Ideal Age Range: 28 - 45
