Job Description

• To attract and recruit the best talent available to MTN Irancell • To design and develop recruitment plan that details how the unit will deliver on organizational requirements. • To develop and manage fair and reliable systems to attract the best talent • To manage applicant flow and other administrative processes through the applicant tracking system. • To develop and manage a Program that will facilitate the realization of Company’s employment equity objectives • To implement strategies align with labor brokers, headhunters, recruitment agencies, professional bodies and education institutions. • To initiate, develop and manage cost effective talent acquisition tools • To manage metrics such as cost-per-hire and time-to-fill, working diligently to lower the cost and time of both, respectively. • To collaborate with HRBPs and support the team in delivery of induction program for recruited staff • To provide inputs to HRBPs in the process for interview and shortlisting of vacant positions • To propose required budget for talent acquisition in terms of induction, adverts etc. • To use different resources especially social channels, Job Fairs, relation with top ranking universities to reinforce talent pool • To establish, execute, maintain and evaluate cutting edge acquisition solution in digital era such as social recruitment • To put processes in place to make sure applicants either internal or external receive appropriate feedback through interview process from HR and line managers • To establish and maintain strong relationship with HRBPs in order to deliver HR plans regarding Talent Acquisition • To make alignment between internal resourcing strategies and career management program through collaboration and teamwork with other HR functions

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or related • Fluent in English • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruiting individuals up to Matrix of Work Level three; • Experience in supervising/managing others • Experience working in a medium to large organization
