We need a Systems & Methods Manager who will be responsible for analyzing, reengineering and improving all internal and external processes within the organization. Finding the best systematic approach for implementing the processes in different IT solutions is another critical task of this position. Improving talent management processes (Talent Acquisition, Developing, retaining talents) is another task which is expected from this position. This position will manage HR processes too but the administration and shared services is excluded from the range of expected tasks.
-At least 6 years of experience in related fields is necessary -Great Communication skills is highly expected -Detail-Oriented attitude is a valuable advantage -Previous experience in investment banks or financing institutes is an advantage -Integrity and trustworthiness is expected -Ideal Age Range: 28 - 40 -Fluency in English is needed
