Job Description

1- Preserving & Updating the Organization's Architecture Storage (like: Architectural Models, Organizational structure, Relations …), 2- Periodical and continuous re-engineering, reviewing and troubleshooting of job processes, 3- Identifying, development, establishing and modification of suitable and effective processes and methods, 4- Evaluating the performance of organizational units as for modification of processes, methods and systems used to comply with objectives, missions and the assigned tasks, 5- Providing consulting services for the company's units in business processes, methods and systems, 6- Recognition and using organizational promotion approaches and quality management, 7- Developing and setting up necessary instructions, circulars and protocols in a co-operation with other expert scopes of the company, 8- Supervising the form of conducting modifying and preventive measures; providing necessary suggestions and following up to the outcomes, 9- Reporting about/on the system performance, 10- Generating and Defining Culture and insuring about the distributed awareness of quality management system, 11- Insuring about/on the correct performing of the quality management system's requirements, 12- Conducting other tasks assigned by the higher rank, as included in the organizational tasks.

Requirements

General Conditions 1- Minimum three/3 years of relevant experience, 2- Maximum thirty/30 years of age, 3- Full time attending, 4- Intermediate and above English language ability - Certifications noticed, 5- Appropriate communication skills and team working abilities, 6- Ability to conduct tasks actively in person, 7- Ability in time-limited activities, working under various pressures and if necessary, overtime working. Particular Conditions 1- B.S. /M.S. /M.A. in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management, 2- Knowledge and experience in ISO & ITIL, 3- Knowledge and experience in BPMN، BMPS، BPM، BPR, 4- Knowledge and experience in DODAF, TOGAF 5- Knowledge and experience in QFD, EFQM, 6- Familiar with Organization Structure and Formation Development fundamentals, 7- Familiar with Methods and Systems of Improvement Systems and Enhancement of Organization Productivity, 8- Skills in Reporting and report preparation.
