Job Description
The purpose of this role is to define, collect, process and analyze indicators in order to shape and update the KPI library while keeping relationship with various organizational departments as the KPI owners. The job holder will also be responsible for supporting and assisting in providing statistical information and analysis. - Development & Implementation of Management Systems based on Best Practices - Audit Procedures and self-assessment based on Excellence Models - Monitoring procedures to ensure the effectiveness of implementation - Refining and supervision of procedures' implementation in organization - To Benchmark indicators & their values. - To assist in preparing and finalizing different types of Business & management dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or Management - At least 2 years of experience in the field of system development - Expert in requirements of ISO 9001 and implementation - Expert in preparing of organizational document - Having familiarity with excellence models such as EFQM - Expert in Microsoft office Knowledge: - Familiar with Management systems, Excellency Models. - Good English Knowledge (mainly Reading). - Familiar with Organizational Functions.
