Job Description

-Elicit, understand and document business process flows and business requirements -Assist with the buy-in of the process architecture -Defines, develops and evaluates performance metrics to establish process success, working with multiple stakeholders -Collect data to identify root cause of problems and develop process improvement strategies based on analyses -Performs cost and benefit analyses -Coordinate Benchmarking data and information on metrics for processes -Facilitate functional teams to define and understand process -Facilitate process teams through complex problem solving or process improvement, through the use of one or more improvement methodologies -Work closely with the various businesses and product teams -Participates in the deployment of measurement and improvement activities -Helps define and implement standards and methods -Determines business requirements and related impact analysis for complex processes or for portions of larger or inter-related processes -Expert in several process analysis techniques and can generate value-add recommendations -Partners with management, project champions, and process owners to align process improvement initiatives with business objectives

Requirements

-Technical degree in a related field of study -4 or more years' related work experience -Works effectively with appropriate customer levels -Works effectively with others -Must possess excellent oral and written presentation skills -Understands the various Data Modeling Deliverables, Data Governance and Data Quality -Ability to work with the Data Architects -Experience in the IT Industry a plus -Ideal Age Range: 26 - 35
