Job Description

- Design, Evaluate and improve processes in all organization systems. - Identify, design & documentation processes index. - Identify main areas of improvements in business and provide systematic solutions - Re-engineer all organizational processes and structures - Conduct and perform internal audits based on internal standards like ISO 9001:2015 - Implementation and maintenance of the standards in different classes of ISO (ISO 9001: Quality Management, ISO 27001: Information security management, ISO 22301: Business Continuity Plan) certificates. - Monitor and ensure that the organization processes comply with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301) - Develop and Optimize organizational strategies, processes, policies and procedures - Maintenance all organizational processes and structures - Define KPIs and measures for processes and manage their measurement and reporting - Conducting external audits based upon the implemented management system standards - Managing organizational certificates, issuing and updating certificates from different governmental and non-governmental organizations
