Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Logistics and Supply Chain Management:
- Ensure sustainable product availability with required RSL (Remaining Shelf Life) to Iran (a shared activity)
- Align with supply chain planners to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of products and avoid write off
- Maintain customer order database and follow up on-time deliveries
- Point of contact for Sales team on stock situation in the market
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as required by the business
- Responsible for communicating Sales, Stock and Delivery plan Reports
Demand and Inventory Management:
- Ensure Forecast Accuracy in consultation with Market knowledge providers (Ensure market need & potential is captured in the Forecast in collaboration with Head of Supply)
- Responsible for measuring KPIs related to Business partners such as Forecast Accuracy (IMS), FA Bias, Stock cover, On time order placement, LC lead-time
- Report any risk of stock out situation
- Be in contact with HQ planning team for any change in demand / update APO
- To monitor RSL of allocated stock in HQ
- Ensure proper filing and documentation both physically and electronically as per guidelines
- Provide required support during internal and external audits
