Job Description

Objective of the role: As supply chain coordinator you will be responsible to oversee and coordinate all activities for moving company’s supply products from supplier’s to company’s warehouses and eventually final customers. You will also be responsible to continuously improve the performance, efficiency, safety and cost effectiveness of all supply chain activities. List of responsibilities: Procurement: • Preparing and ordering stock from suppliers to fulfill sales plans and maintain service levels • Processing of purchase orders and shipment and importation processes till arrival in company’s warehouses • Assessing orders and forecast demand in coordination with sales and marketing and plan supply accordingly • Dealing with non-conformities Maintain Inventory • Maintaining and controlling inventory • Performing physical stock checks • Organizing, controlling and documenting all warehouse inbound and outbound flows • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date products database Process Sales Orders • Processing sales order until delivery • Dealing with non-conformities • Checking, inspecting and handling order returns Reporting to: Managing Director Length of Probation Period: 1 - 2 months Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday 8:30 - 17:00, Thursdays 9:00 - 13:00

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Logistics, Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management • Supply chain and logistics experience • Experience with importation and customs brokerage • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work in a small team-oriented, collaborative start up environment • Having professional planning experience • Showing some knowledge of ERP systems
