- Research and study on strategic planning - Research and study on IMS (Integrated Management System) Iso 9001 , Iso 14001 , Ohsas 18001 - The analysis and comparison studies conducted for the preparation of the strategic plan - Identify innovative and creative solutions - Choose the right tools and models at every stage of procurement the strategic plan using scientific and functional logic - Preparation of a strategic plan using effective and efficient models and tools - prepare a proper report and present it and prove the effectiveness of its operational in management meetings - Improve studies and update them by feedback received from inside and outside the organization
