- Planning for the recruitment of manpower - Compilation of compensation programs & welfare systems - Implementing the rules of work & social organization - Experience in Detection and Dispute Resolution Committees - Fluent in administrative procedures and personnel including salary and related software

- At least Bachelor of MBA and other related courses - Minimum 7 years’ experience in related areas - Age: Maximum 40 years old - Implementing the rules of work & social organization - Experience in Detection and Dispute Resolution Committees - Fluent in administrative procedures and personnel including salary and related software - Excellent knowledge of MS office
