We are looking for technical support who can work on Pressure. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting customers by chat or phone • Configuration of application • Issue tracking and troubleshooting data problems • Writing SQL data scripts

Minimum Requirements: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and be detail-oriented • Issue tracking skills • Understanding of relational database concepts and SQL queries • Must have good follow through skills • Must be dynamic and dependable
