Job Description
-Grow, lead and inspire a team of software developers to build and maintain our software products -Participate in full Software development life cycle, system architecture, design pattern, deployment, and code review -Ensure high quality of work delivered by development team -Work effectively with Product Manager/Product Owner to prioritize and plan software deliveries including sprint and release planning, product backlog maintenance and refinement -Track and report progress of the project against key milestones and keep stakeholders updated -Play an active role in the transformation of legacy Core applications
Requirements
-Over 7 years of professional experience in software development -Over 2 years of experience in managing or leading an agile software development team -Solid object-oriented programming using Java -Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, jQuery or NodeJS -Deep understanding of software engineering practices, object oriented analysis & design, design patterns and algorithms -Experience with SQL and non-SQL databases such as MySQL, Redis -Preferred qualifications: •Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment best practices •Experience in building scalable systems with service oriented or microservice architectures •Video streaming/communication Industry experience •Experience in DevOps
