Job Description

Bdood is the founder of the first shared bikes in Iran which is looking for an experienced Services and Support Manager. - Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services. - Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of services, productivity and profitability. - Knowing the standards of customer satisfaction, customer complaint management and tracking them. - Knowing the process in customer services in B2C field. - Having knowledge in establishing and evaluating key performance indicators (KPI) and the ability to reach target.

Requirements

- Having BA university degree - Self-motivated - Having at least 5 years of experience in customer support management. A record in urban services is a plus - Problem solving, good communication and strong public relations skills. - Patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations. - Ability to supervise and lead a team and efficient application at workforce - Having knowledge of basic IT skills; word, excel
