Job Description

•Main Objective: The role is to audit Samsung service centers periodically and prepare the status reports. •Major responsibilities: -Conduct the network audit as per standard check list and network audit plan -Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly audit reports as per requirement of Samsung audit PIC -Receive the KPI's from Samsung audit PIC before visiting the ASC to be able to fill the check list questions properly

Requirements

-Having Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering or Management field -Having after sales background preferably in HHP, technical and part operation knowledge is an advantage -Having assertiveness and being able to multi task -Expert in office (Word, excel and PowerPoint) -Willing to travel all around the country at least 3 days per week -Ideal Age Range: 20 - 35 -Functional English level
