Job Description
Purpose and Scope of the job: Server Room, Servers and Related Devices Installation, Configuration and administration. Major Responsibilities: - Administration of VMware and server virtualization technologies - Administration of Microsoft Services (Radius Server, File server, DHCP, DNS, ...) - Build, install, configure and maintain VMware products including ESXi servers, HA clusters and Virtual Center - Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution of the entire Virtualization Infrastructure - Server operating system, backup and performance optimizations of virtual environments - Creates and maintains virtualization, server and infrastructure documentation - Enterprise monitoring technologies and incident response - Backup, restore and disaster - Technical documentation of related jobs and activities. - Maintain daily performance of Servers
Requirements
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, Interested in knowledge upgrading • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field • Minimum 3 years' experience in related fields • Organizational skills and the ability to set priorities in a high pressure environment • Ability to communicate with all levels • Self-Management • Ability to travel • Prefer fluent Arabic or English • Good understanding of IT infrastructure • Senior specialist in VMware and server virtualization technologies • Microsoft Certifications MCSE, MCITP or MCSA • In-depth experience of managing a critical services facility • Understanding of ITIL • Understanding of Electrical Principle • CCNA and CCNP Certificates are an advantage
