-Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, medias, relevant websites, and social media; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations.
-Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
-Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.
-Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
-Analyzes the recruitment agencies performance, cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements.
-Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
-Strong command of data and analytics; uses data to influence change.
-Dedicated focus on developing the team and peers.
-Ability to partner with a wide variety of very senior level individuals including our top-level business leaders and seasoned professional candidates within the engineering organization.
-Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them. Also find innovative solutions to recruiting problems not discovered by other companies.
-Relevant Bachelor or higher degree.
-Two plus years recruiting experience.
-Knowledge of Employment Laws and recruiting best practices.
-Very goal oriented.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Fluency in English.
-Strong networking abilities.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet definite deadlines.
-Success building, mentoring and managing large recruitment teams.
-Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles can be an advantage.
-It is better for you to be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
