-Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, medias, relevant websites, and social media; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations. -Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. -Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements. -Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. -Analyzes the recruitment agencies performance, cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements. -Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date. -Strong command of data and analytics; uses data to influence change. -Dedicated focus on developing the team and peers. -Ability to partner with a wide variety of very senior level individuals including our top-level business leaders and seasoned professional candidates within the engineering organization. -Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them.
