Specify requirements for existing and future products by conducting user and market research supported by knowledge of existing customers, potential-customers, our users and competitors; Define important metrics, actively measure and analyze your products and experiments for opportunities to innovate and improve; Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and business goals; Coordinate the day to day execution through close collaboration with your team and external partners; Communicate effectively and consistently with customers, partners, business and technical teams and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders within AP.

Requirements

At least 2 years of product management experience working both on native apps and (mobile) web products, preferably with a digital or tech company; Payment company experience will be given a preference Understanding of digital consumer behavior and UX requirements; Possess a blend of business and technical savvy; the drive and attention to detail that transforms the strategy into action; Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines; Excellent communication skills; superior organizational and analytical skills; Enjoys working in a cross-functional setting; Open-minded, eager to learn and critical, Proactive, creative, high energy; Fluent English and Persian. What You’ll Do • Collaborate with product and sales to analyze feedback and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth • Support new strategies, product initiatives, and programs • Work with marketing and commercial teams to execute our product go to market strategy • Closely monitor and measure beta results • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform go-forward recommendations Minimum Qualifications • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management/IT/Computer Science/Architecture/Industrial Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in a product management, marketing, and/or strategy role at a consumer technology company • Experience performing product-oriented quantitative & qualitative analysis • Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically • A team player who can collaborate with product managers, sales, and other cross-functional teams • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance • Ability to communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively • A seasoned strategist, analyst, and product-minded thinker • A passion for PSP and creativity! • Experience in Agile environment
