Job Description
- Lead the Company's HR function driving employee engagement and retention enabling the Company to deliver against its goals and objectives. - Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. - He or she maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Requirements
- At least Masters degree in management (all fields), Industrial Engineering, or MBA - At least 7 years of related work experiences - Highly expert in all human resource processes - At least 27 years old and at most 40 years - Ability to make constructive interaction - Familiar with all ICDL skills (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) - Having ability to manage human resource - Having ability of problem solving, strategic thinking, and creative thinking - Dominant in Educational Needs Assessment, Education Processes, and Evaluating the Effectiveness of Education
