Job Description

There are 4 different sections, HSE, Payroll & Admin, General Service and Security, under supervision of this role. This role reports to the VP HR and provides a spectrum of strategic and tactical HR supports and programs to associates, managers and senior level leaderships. -Maintains and continuously improves policies, procedures, and processes necessary to execute HR service requests and transactions, and supports the corrective actions and problem resolution processes for the ministries -Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances -Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values in operations functions including HSE, Facility, Security and Payroll -Examines operational policies and make recommendations for process improvement and regulatory compliance -Reviews and analyzes monthly HSE statistics and trends to determine a root cause and implement corrective actions -Manages regular inspections of safety and emergency response equipment -Makes sure of developing, maintaining and modifying the security and physical systems, equipment and technologies for all sites -Monitors security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives -Develops processes and procedures and provides guidance for the payroll department to streamline the payroll process and to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all payroll entries and transactions


-Bachelor's degree in Management or Engineering field -8 to 10 years of related work experience -Proven effective consulting skills with an ability to influence at all levels -Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel skills -High level of demonstrated expertise and understanding of employment laws and regulations -Excellent interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills -Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving and critical thinking skills -Fluent in English
