Support for the Finance Director Developing and producing monthly management accounts and reports for Tap30 Ensuring all balance sheet accounts and any other reconciliation required is completed on a monthly basis Build cash flow management systems and procedures to ensure its flawlessly practiced Supervision of monthly payroll and ensure full compliance with insurance and tax regulations Manage auditing process, relationship management with auditors to get the financial statements audited when needed Delivery of financial accounts and ensuring compliance with all appropriate legislation Assisting in the annual budgeting process Continuously monitor and improve financial performance of the company by preparing suggestions to optimize cost Oversee finance operations to ensure seamless and timely execution of transactions and payments Involvement in other Tap30 projects and activities as directed by the CFO or the CEO The position incorporates a range of responsibilities requiring a confident individual with a strong technical background. It is essential that the Senior Manager Finance has the ability to deal with a wide breadth of duties. Also, the candidate must be able to manage and develop junior members of the team. The individual will gain experience as a Finance Manager in a mid to large sized company and has mastery in budgeting and planning, performance management, regulatory compliance and financing.
