Duties & Responsibilities: New leads generated and sales increased by efficiently managing all digital channels in Eastern Europe, using the best digital marketing practices Paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and re-targeting networks successfully managed Social media, email and communication campaigns set and implemented SEO strategies executed Content for marketing ads, social campaigns & Mogo websites created and managed Digital campaigns analyzed, reviewed, reported & best ways to improve suggested Understand our key consumer products/services, and develop and execute marketing programs designed to drive top-of-funnel leads and to optimize conversion. Partner with other team members and agencies to initiate and manage various online acquisition programs such as SEM, advertising, retargeting, social media and etc. Responsible for managing teams and guiding their day-to-day operation to ensure directional alignment and to on-time, on-budget, and on-target deliverables. Define program objectives, messaging, tactics, targeting audiences and calls to action as appropriate for each campaign. Leverage messaging, content and positioning set by Corporate/Product Marketing in developing marketing materials. Use templates and creative resources create campaign materials for landing pages and banner ads. Responsible for campaign result in tracking, measurement, and reporting. Have a high level of reporting sophistication to demonstrate campaign effectiveness campaigns in terms of prescribed KPIs. Be able to draw conclusions and give recommendations on the appropriate strategy based on the data collected. Closely manage assigned acquisition budget and achieve ROI targets, while assuring that funds are optimally invested/allocated each quarter and that related POs/invoices are handled properly with Accounting.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements: BA/BS in related filed. 6+ years of work experience in digital marketing, online sales or e-commerce Marketplace. Hands-on SEM and online advertising experience preferred. Experience with B2Bsales/marketing, ideally with consumer software/apps and/or consumer service subscription business. Internet security/AV industry experience is a plus. Ability to develop/execute successful lead generation marketing plans, to manage multiple programs/campaigns simultaneously, and to analyze/interpret results for data-driven optimization. Analytical and attention to details yet able to see the big picture. Must be data-driven and familiar with industry-standard marketing KPI’s. Experience working with HTML/CSS, Photoshop, FileZilla or the like, and experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Motivated self-starter who can seize opportunities (from idea to execution) and who thrives in fast-paced environments. Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills A team player is capable of cross-functional collaboration. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, Webmaster, and SEO Experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook campaigns and similar tools High skilled in using different types of communication channels Good command of English knowledge **You can apply from anywhere because you can work remotely**
