Job Description
• Facilitate collaboration in the workplace.
• Assisting in company financial projects in other locations if needed
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
• Record tangible/intangible assets in legal books and keep their depreciation and amortization up to date monthly
• Prepare reconciliation with major customers and supplier
• Document daily financial transactions.
• Verify documentation and invoices for claims.
• Handle monthly salary calculation and payments.
• Preparing daily, monthly and seasonal reports.
• Regularly liaise with external departments such as auditors and tax agents.
• Submit monthly VAT reports to legal bodies.
