Job Description

1) Handing administrative work and subsequent problems and issues independently 2) Handling telephone enquiries and requests, email, faxes and post & filing 3) Greeting company visitors 4) Organizing, Preparing (type and print) and filing paperwork, documents and computer-based information 5) Answering and dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls (Handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals) 6) Handling confidential information in line with the firms data security protocols 7) Arranging meetings and any office works (scheduling and event calendars) 8) Following up tasks as delegated and manager's orders

Requirements

1) Minimum Bachelor’s degree. 2) At least 2 years of experience of office works. Core Competencies: 1) Good at English 2) Trustworthy and able to work in highly confidential environments; 3) Having a fast and accurate typing speed in English and Persian; 4) Accuracy, Excellent organizational skills, Confidentiality, Planning and Time management excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5) Ability to execute multiple tasks in high workload 6) Ability to accurately maintain computerized and manual filing/documentation systems 7) High level experience 8) Good communication with different departments in order to have an effective cooperation. 9) To be an effective and timely cross-functional communicator 10) Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Internet. 11) Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 12) Passionate about delivering quality and precise job 13) Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi * Ideal Age: 23-35
