Responsibilities including but not limited to: - Answering phone calls, taking messages and handling correspondence - Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments - Typing, preparing and collating reports - Filing - Prioritizing workloads

Requirements

-College/University degree -A minimum of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or Secretarial experience -Strong organizational, communication skills -Ability to priorities and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines -Initiative in undertaking routine assignments without direct supervision -High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information -A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it-done attitude -Demonstrate sound judgment and flexibility in balancing competing priorities -Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills -Ideal Age: Max 35 Years old
