Job Description
SAP Expert (SAP Power User) has the following responsibilities:
- Be the interface between module owners in the company and the contractor company.
- Support end users of the related module.
- Involve the people of the organization with their related modules.
- Monitor the performance of end users and control registered documents.
- Document methods and training.
- Track and report project risks to the project manager.
- Participate in online/face-to-face training courses.
- Collect data and analyze and ensure the quality of the collected data.
- Coordinate, control, and supervise all relevant module meetings.
- Prepare management dashboards (training is provided), and prepare required reports.
