Job Description
As supervisor of Sales in Armaghan Tabiat Sabz, you will be responsible for sales promotion of products in Tehran, representing Armaghan Tabiat Sabz vision, values and commitments in daily contacts with customers and for coaching & developing the Herbal representatives in Tehran. You will report to the Manager of Armaghan Tabiat Sabz.
The responsibilities will include:
* Responsible for propose products strategies, planning and budgets to the Sales and Marketing Manager
* Responsible for over implementation of the promotional investments.
* Responsible for keep sales team informed about the market environment (competitors, market analysis...)
* Responsible for coaching & developing the Herbal Representatives.
* Responsible for Herbal Representatives' account plans for all A and B customers, group account plan for rest of targeted customers and overall territory plan.
* Consolidate the time reports done by Herbal Representatives in own region and provide appropriate feedback on reports.
* Plan and implement activities and participate in local meetings and congresses whenever beneficial.
* Submit call reports, activity reports, coverage reports and market reports on time.
