Increasing the speed and quality of sales process Efficient enough with face to face sales Present all company products and help maximize sales of the assigned location or showroom Identification and evaluation of new sales opportunities Participating in sales events Submit daily progress reports and ensure data is accurate Interested in sales and marketing Excellent communication Perfect presentation and negotiation skills Objective of the role: Identification and evaluation of new sales opportunities, Present all company products, Face to face sales, Submit daily sales reports, Help all colleagues in daily affairs such as decorating , loading carpets , invoicing , etc.. List of responsibilities: Increasing the rate, Speed and quality to maximum level of sales in assigned location or showroom. Reporting to: Managing director , Tehran office manager , Sales superviser. Subordinates: 4 to 6 colleagues and no subordinates. Length of Probation Period: 1 to 3 months. Working hours: 58 hours should be covered during a week between 10 am to 10 pm doing shift work , including 2 fridays .. Travel requirements: Maximum twice a year visiting the company. Gross Monthly Base Salary: 20/000/000 IRR + sales commission. Commission / Bonus: sales commission included. Other benefits: Limited transport allowance for late at nights.

Requirements

Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure Being Self-Motivated and able to work in a team Possessing good computer skills and proficient in all Microsoft office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Having ability to learn and adapt quickly Having a professional and friendly look Being creative, Trustworthy, energetic and motivated Being eager to sell Having strong public relation and communication skills Being Hardworking and possessing dynamic person Objectives and Contribute in maximizing sales. University Qualifications: Associate degree or BS of Management , Sales and Marketing , MBA and other related subjects. Other certifications obtained: MBA, Decoration, Marketing, Negotiation and Communication. Nature and length of previous experience: 3 years experience of working in sales department or showroom especially in machinery carpet , textile or decoration. Specialist knowledge: Basic knowledge of using Accounting and general Microsoft office programs. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good negotiation skill , Ability to work as a team member , Excellent communication skills, Ability to prepare accurate financial report of sales.
