Prepare / develop sales action plans and strategies. Set individual sales target with sales team. Manage the sales team. Motivating the staff continuously. Monitor competitors, market conditions and product/market development. Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for managing director. Perform quality checks on product and service delivery. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships. Investigate lost sales. Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients. Make sales calls and in-person visits and presentations to new and existing clients. Visit the customers and Build meaningful and close relationship with them. Estimating selling price of products according to their quality and quantity compared to the market situation and competitors. Take part in exhibitions, conferences and meeting. Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, mail, email or in person.
At least 5 years experience in the same position. Effective & strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Able to lead, manage and develop the sales team in a dynamic & constructive environment Fluent in English Gender: male or female. Ideal age range: 30 – 40
