•Main Objective of the role: Iran Argham is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who manages sales & marketing activities, accordance to the Iran Argham’s policies and procedures. •Main responsibilities: -Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction -Compile lists describing product or service offerings -Manage and develop sale Campaigns -Develop new client relationship and maintain them -Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors -Build a B2B Customer Relationship -Competitors Analysis / Market Visit -Analyze the demand and sales for products, forecast and motivation of sales by studying and assessing the needs of customers -Provides high level direct sales support to team’s involved in promoting sales to retail channels in order to create win-win business situations -Working hours: Saturday - Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. – 16:30 / Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. - 15:30 p.m.

Requirements

-At least Bachelor degree in Marketing, business management, or related fields -At least 10 year experience in the same position with 5 years of managerial experience. -Administration and Management -Financial management skills -Social Perceptiveness -Goal and task oriented -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to handle deadline & high degree of multi-tasking -presentation skills -Customer oriented -Active listener -Excellent negotiation skill -Advanced in English Language
